The tiny home was designed with 2 adults in mind. It is not suitable for children under 12 due to loft access, compact layout, and other safety considerations. If you need unlimited hot water, you may want to mentally prepare… or rotate shower turns with a little break in between!

Such an incredibly well thought out use of space! The beautiful aesthetic and cozy amenities made for a super restorative stay. Annie was extraordinarily communicative, provided clear instructions, and offered great local recommendations. Would absolutely recommend staying here! Hope to be back in the future!

I came to Annie and Chris's tiny home for a recharge. From the minute I stepped in, I felt right at home. The energy and vibe of the place felt so welcoming. Loved how well stocked everything was. the bed was super comfy. I felt at peace. My dog Theo loved exploring around outside the house, even found a ball to play with.

We had such a wonderful time at Simple Haven! It was in a perfect location for us to get to Jay Peak and Craftsbury Outdoor Center easily. The cabin was super cozy. We especially enjoyed relaxing and watching a show on the projector after a day on the slopes.
